The purpose of Rosette Jobs is to successfully present qualified people to the school in order to fill job openings. These general terms and conditions are relevant to and effective for all contracts between Rosette Jobs and the School for hiring services.
Our company provides schools and institutions with access to our online platform to search for and contact candidates for various positions. We offer recruitment services for permanent, temporary, and contract roles.
Our fees for recruitment services are based on the type and level of service selected by schools and institutions. We offer a range of subscription plans and pay-per-use options to meet the needs of our clients. Fees are payable in advance of service delivery.
Rosette Jobs does not conduct background checks or verify the information provided by candidates. Schools and institutions are responsible for conducting their own screening and verification process.
Our company will maintain the confidentiality of all information related to schools and institutions, as well as candidates. We will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent.
Rosette Jobs is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by schools and institutions as a result of using our recruitment services. We are not responsible for the actions of candidates after they have been placed with schools and institutions.
No Refund Policy
Schools and institutions may terminate their subscription or pay-per-use plan at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, subscription plan fees once paid is non-refundable and non-creditable.
Rosette Jobs retains all rights to the content, software, and technology used in our online platform. Schools and institutions may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content, software, or technology without our prior written consent.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Ludhiana jurisdiction in which our company is located. Any disputes arising from the use of our recruitment services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
Our recruitment company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Schools and institutions are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to ensure compliance.
