Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified TGT Mathematics to join our teaching staff. As a TGT, you will be responsible for instructing middle and secondary school students in the field of mathematics. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the subject, the ability to make complex mathematical concepts understandable, and a passion for inspiring students to excel in their mathematical pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in mathematics to students, using various teaching methods and resources to facilitate learning.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the mathematics department to create, evaluate, and improve the curriculum to align with educational standards and objectives.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behavior and fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and addressing any concerns.
Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs, competitions, and projects, to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
TGT qualification and certification in mathematics.
Profound knowledge of mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and calculus.
Effective teaching and classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
