Responsibilities:

Effective Instruction:

Deliver engaging and impactful lectures covering Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, ensuring clarity and depth of content.
Provide personalized attention to students, addressing doubts, and fostering a conducive learning environment.
Assessment and Feedback:

Develop and administer regular assessments, mock tests, and quizzes to evaluate students’ progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting areas for improvement and offering guidance on effective exam strategies.
Mentorship and Counseling:

Serve as a mentor to students, offering academic and career guidance.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Stay Updated on Exam Trends:

Stay current with changes in IIT/JEE examination patterns, question formats, and other relevant trends.
Integrate this knowledge into teaching strategies to ensure students are well-prepared for the evolving exam requirements.
Classroom Management:

Foster an interactive and positive learning environment within the classroom.
Effectively manage class dynamics, encourage student participation, and maintain discipline.
Collaboration and Professional Development:

Collaborate with fellow faculty members to share best practices and contribute to a supportive teaching environment.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in teaching methodologies and examination patterns.
Qualifications:

Master’s or doctoral degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in teaching IIT/JEE preparation courses with a successful track record of producing high achievers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
