  5. If you selected for a job through Rosette Jobs portal, you will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and rosette jobs will not be responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the me and the organization.
  6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Ludhiana jurisdiction in which our company is located. Any disputes arising from the use of our recruitment services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
