General

The purpose of Rosette Jobs is to successfully present qualified people to the school/company to fill job openings. These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Rosette Jobs and the School/Company for hiring services.

Recruitment Services

  1. We will provide suitable applicants via email matching your requirements, with current and expected salary details.
  2. We typically require 10–15 days after registration to provide suitable matches for the preferred location as per school/company requirements.

Fees & Deposits

  1. The school/company will pay an advance of ₹17,999 along with a signed & stamped letter of acceptance on official letterhead.
  2. The school/company will endorse/share a copy of the offer letter immediately to us for any selection through our consultancy for our records.

No Refund Policy

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-creditable after cancellation of the subscription already made.

Duration of the Agreement

The contract is valid for a period of 12 months starting on the date of registration.

Replacement Guarantee

If staff hired through us leave, we take accountability to refill the same position within 40 days provided the school notifies us within 7 days of termination.

Candidate Information

  1. If a candidate is selected through our consultancy, he/she will be solely the employee of the hiring organisation. Rosette Jobs is not responsible for any change of employee, legal or other dispute, or any matter between the candidate and the organisation.
  2. You may also search for candidates directly or via third parties. Specialist checks (drug test, background check, credit check) are not performed by us.
  3. We charge 50% (in advance) against our recruitment charges from the candidate’s first month salary. If a selected candidate referred by us is unable to pay this advance, we seek cooperation from the school/company to release our charges from the candidate.
  4. If you reconsider any of the resumes we send while the agreement is in effect, inform us immediately before choosing that candidate for the position.
  5. A candidate will be considered from our side even if they have previously applied to you directly or during your walk-in interview process.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is under Ludhiana jurisdiction. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana.
