✅ What You Are Agreeing To:
1️⃣ Resume Processing & Job Search Help:
You allow Rosette Jobs to share your resume with good schools where we feel you are a good fit, based on your qualifications and experience.
2️⃣ Service Charges (Only After the job confirmation):
Our service charge is 50% of your first month’s salary.
It is divided into two easy parts:

25% after you get the offer letter or job confirmation from the school.

25% after you receive your first month’s salary from the school.
👉 Example:
If your first month salary is ₹40,000:

After you get the offer letter: Pay ₹10,000 (which is 25%).

After your first salary comes: Pay ₹10,000 (another 25%).

Total: ₹20,000 (which is 50% of ₹40,000).
3️⃣ In Case of Delay in Payment:
If you do not pay us on time, we may request the school to directly deduct the remaining amount from your salary and pay us.
4️⃣ No Hidden Charges:
We only charge if you get selected and join the school.
There are no extra or hidden fees.
